Born and raised in Napa, California, Noel moved to the Monterey area in 2002 to attend CSU Monterey Bay where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology & Policy. 

While working at the Monterey Bay Aquarium as a guest experience ambassador and science interpreter Noel received recognition from the Monterey County Hospitality Association in 2012 as a Papa Vince Award finalist. In 2014 Noel received the Green Tree Award for her conservation efforts from the Monterey Bay Aquarium. In 2016 Noel joined the local NPR member station, KAZU, as Membership Coordinator and was promoted to Membership Director in 2017.

In 2021 Noel joined the team at SPCA Monterey County as the Development Manager. Noel is a doting cat mom of two senior cats, Beaker and Piper. Noel and her husband, Anil, enjoy traveling, live performances, and wine tasting whenever their cats allow them out of the house.
